John Dandelski, MS, MA, DC

I’m a chiropractic physician, author, and once-upon-a-time oceanographer based in Knoxville, TN. This is my personal corner of the web, under construction like most things I enjoy. I’ve spent a big chunk of my life researching, writing, and teaching in some form or another. When my wife started her MBA, I dusted off my old industrial-organizational psychology roots and dove back in. Three years later, I’d written the textbook I wish I’d had in grad school and in every job since. It’s built for leaders, managers, HR pros, and anyone who actually wants to understand how people and work fit together.
